Update authorization

https://{apiHost}/api/v2/public/authorizations/

Update an existing authorization. All fields are optional — supply only
the ones being changed. The authorization's clientId cannot be changed
via this endpoint. Hours used are automatically tracked from completed
visits and cannot be manually updated.
