Retrieve a single referrer / referrer-organization link. The response matches
the corresponding entry in the referrer's organizations array.

Returns 404 when the referrer does not exist (or is outside the API key's
permitted locations), or when the referrer is not linked to that organization.

Accepts the referrers or referrers:read scope.
